STEP 1

Initial consultation to understand client requirements (pool type, budget, features, aesthetics).

Site inspection to asses space, soil conditions, drainage and access.

STEP 2

Develop a concept design based on client preferences and site constraints.

Finalise detailed pool plans including shape, depth, finishes, and surrounding landscape.

Integration of water features, lighting, fencing, and safety requirements.

STEP 3

Prepare and submit a Development Application (DA) or Complying Development Certificate (CDC) based on local council regulations.

Ensure compliance with NSW Swimming Pool Act & Australian Pool Safety Standards (AS1926.1 & AS1926.2).

Obtain necessary permits, including engineering and construction approvals.

STEP 4

Excavation & Site Preparation: Clearing and leveling the site.

Structural Work: Steel reinforcement, plumbing, and electrical installation.

Concrete Installation: Pouring concrete or placing prefabricated shells.

Tiling, Waterproofing & Finishing: Adding tiles, pebblecrete, coping, and finishes.

Landscaping & Accessories: Pool fencing, paving, and final touches.

STEP 5

Conduct safety compliance inspection to meet NSW regulations.

Fill, test, and balance water chemistry.

Provide a handover package with maintenance guidelines and warranty information.

Final client walkthrough to ensure satisfaction.
